This is the finest olive oil – domestic or imported I have ever tasted. We use if for special occasions and general duty. It has a slightly fruity flavor and aftertaste. No bitter peppery finish. Just smooth and it enhances all we use it for. We have used many olive oils and this is by far numero uno to our taste!
